03 The documented process

Five steps. An artifact at every one.

No step finishes without producing something you can hand to an auditor.

  1. 01

    Inspect

Camera survey of ducts and AHUs establishes the actual condition before anyone quotes anything.

  2. 02

    Contain

Work zones isolated under HEPA-filtered negative pressure so debris never enters occupied space.

  3. 03

    Clean

Robotic and mechanical cleaning to the NADCA ACR standard, zone by zone, after hours.

  4. 04

    Verify

The camera goes back in. Matched before/after photos of the same sections — same angle, same spot.

  5. 05

    Report

Findings, work performed and readings compiled into one document your auditor can file.

04 Evidence

You'll see the dirt before you pay to remove it.

Every project produces matched before/after photos of the same duct sections — same angle, same spot. Case studies are being documented with client consent; meanwhile, the equipment below is what goes into your ducts, and the process page shows exactly what comes out.

Air hygiene is an energy measure.

Cleaning a fouled air handling system reduced fan and blower energy consumption by 41–60% in NADCA's energy research project. Clean systems spend less — and it shows in your ESG report.

Questions facility teams ask us

What does a NADCA-certified duct cleaning company do differently?

NADCA certification means the work follows the ACR standard: inspect first, clean with source-removal methods under negative pressure, then verify with matched before/after evidence. Energetic Services holds NADCA membership and an ASCS-certified project lead (#12775637) — both verifiable on nadca.com.

Which cities do you serve?

We are based in Gurugram and serve commercial and industrial facilities across Delhi NCR daily. For multinational clients we run projects across India — multi-site programs are common.

How much does commercial duct cleaning cost?

Pricing depends on system size, access and contamination level, which is why every engagement starts with a free site inspection. You receive a photo-documented findings report and an itemised scope before any commitment.

Do you work for residential customers?

Our equipment, processes and documentation are built for commercial and industrial facilities — offices, hotels, hospitals, plants. We do not service individual homes.

How do I verify your certifications?

Check NADCA’s public Find-a-Professional directory for our listing, and see our credentials page for certificate numbers, validity dates and scans — ASCS #12775637, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
